The Shepherd's Dream Ladies

Since Shepherd's Dream's commencement in 1998, we have had the pleasure of working with many different unique individuals whom have contributed to the growth of our company. 

Still, it has been a challenge to find committed people who are willing to give their creative energy to this business.  Since landing in Montague in 2003, we have been looking for the right people to join the team.  Considering how lightly populated our town is, it has required great patience and dedication to establish a highly competent and inspired team to fulfill daily operations. 

Currently, we have the strongest team yet consisting of 6 in house employees and several independent contractors who help with projects when needed.  It is truly a joy for all of these women to work together harmoniously with the same goal of providing high quality natural bedding and excellent customer service to the public. 

We believe that by creating a healthy infrastructure within our own operations, we are setting an example for other businesses to do the same.  It is important to support each individuals unique qualities and to communicate honestly in order to create a peaceful environment.
